Last night was the first night I taught 3 consecutive dance classes in a row after several months of hiatus. OH MY GOSH. I am so sore. You name a part of the body and I gaurentee it's sore on me! Not only that, my foot hurts and I'm limping a little. I guess that's not a good thing. BUT~ that was the FIRST time dancing on my foot since it broke! My foot hung in pretty well! Nothing was re-broken! ;)
Just imagine; 3 non-stop hours of high energy, total conditioning, cardiovascular, high impact exercise after months of not doing it! I am BEAT!!! BUT man..I sure mised this feeling of having a beat up body! It feels so bad but sooo good!
